STEPHEN P. NOELL, C.E.O.

Stephen P. Noell has over 18 years of experience in the entertainment industry

Since the early 90’s Noell has worked his way through the ranks; from being a stagehand to a lighting designer for live entertainment shows.  While working within the world of live performance, Noell has had the privilege to work with artists from Johnny Cash to B.T.O. and the likes of Tim McGraw.  In 1997 Noell began working for the Las Vegas Special Event Industry, where he successfully ran production for three of the largest Special Event houses in the Las Vegas valley.  His duties included running all of the crews, budgeting labor, and cost over-run prevention plus material sourcing and job estimating.  In 2000, Noell made the natural transition into the Art Department for Film and Television, where he spent the last few years working as a Production Designer and Art Director.  Currently Noell has furthered his career by Producing Films and raising funds for a variety of projects.  He approaches every project with maximum dedication and positive attitude; failure is never an option.  Since his career began in this industry, Noell has been involved with over 200 different productions.

G. JOËL FRANCO, C.O.O.

G. Joël Franco, born in Milan, Italy, has spent the last 14 years in the United States studying and working in the Film and Television Industry.  His education background includes a B.A. at the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC); a graduate of the USC-Universal Producing and Directing Program; and a M.F.A in Film Production from the prestigious School of Film and Television at Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.  While in Los Angeles, Franco has built strong relationship with Producers, Actors, DPs, Sound Designers, Editors, Music Composers.  Currently, Franco lives in Las Vegas where he has continued his work in the Entertainment Industry directing his first feature, the independent film Exit 38, and he is beginning pre-production on his second feature film to be shot in England at the end of year.  Additionally Franco is working as UPM on a number of commercials.  Franco has just finished working for Philips on their new advertising for their new High Definition technology to come out in Europe and Asia in the upcoming year. 

TODD KITCHENS
Entrepreneur and Developer

Born and raised in Hempstead New York, Todd began developing at an early age a natural ability to obtain success. From 1996-98 he began working in Sub-prime loan financing and became a top producer for First Suburban Mortgage Co. in which he closed over 100 loans  equaling 15 million in production in first 2 months. 

His next venture in financing came to fruition as the Homeowners Network Club which is known today as America Homebuyer’s Network. Todd created a new network by linking qualified investors with potential leases through The Homeowners Club. This system of financing was such a comfortable fit for all parties, they were able to begin eliminating the BIG THREE, taxes, interest and debt for investors and was able to create additional loans by showing homeowners how to liquidate money out of their homes and start investing in real estate. From the start Todd’s system became a win-win situation for everyone.

Currently Mr. Kitchens is in the process of raising $50 million to fund real estate loans, plus an additional $2.5 billion for signature loans. Todd is also very conscious of environmental issues that affect all of us. One current project in development is a 10.000 unit self-efficient green community that when completed will house over 40.000 residents.

In addition to an already amazing career, his company will raise additional $896 million to fund several other AHBN projects. To date, Todd  has helped 1000’s of individuals become homeowners and has afforded  many investors become financially comfortable.

STEVEN SILVAS, Marketing Director

Steven Silvas has a background in film and television production, marketing and communication.  Silvas was a lead player in producing Film and Video productions for the World Health Organization that took him all over the world creating invaluable entertainment contacts.  Silvas’ drive and determination has propelled him to the top of his game creating a client list that reaches far beyond the national level.  He has produced for HBO, Showtime and Microsoft just to name a few.

AMBER WILSON, Production Coordinator

 

Amber Wilson was born and raised in Michigan.  She is a graduate of the University of Michigan and has a B.S.E in Industrial and Operations Engineering.  Upon the discovery that she was not suited for life in the “cubicle community”, she packed her bags and moved out to Los Angeles.  She has spent the past 6 years living there and working in the Television Industry.  She is credited as a Casting Producer/Director on numerous reality series and has worked for NBC, MTV, Vh1, Playboy TV, and many others.

GARY “7 FOOT” SAUER, Director of Photography

Gary has been a photographer all his life. From the films he used to make with his brother when he was 10 years old to the 15+ years on set doing still photography. He has also been gripping, gaffing and more recently joining the "Adults" in the industry as a writer, DP, director and producer. He grew up in southern California where the industry is wildly overpopulated so he moved to the Entertainment Capital of the World, Las Vegas Nevada. Las Vegas welcomed him with open arms and he fit right in with the local lifestyle. Gary started out in TV as a cameraman but moved out into the field immediately. He started gripping on commercials and features and was given Key Grip credit on his very first film. As a matter of fact, he got his nickname on that movie. His friend Colby yelled "Hey Sevenfoot" as a joke and he responded. Everyone got a laugh out of it and it stuck with him ever since.

A few years ago, Gary suffered the loss of someone very dear to his heart and it sparked something inside him to be more creative. Tired of all the ugliness in the world he turned off the TV news for good and started listening to music again, really listening. He enjoys First Friday and all the 'artistically motivated" functions around this energetic and exciting city. No more would he take the beauty and joy that surrounded him everyday of his life for granted. He decided to capture that beauty in his lens and show it to the world. He was fortunate enough through his everyday job in the biz to learn from masters of light and color and shadow—and he paid attention.

Now Gary has been given this incredible opportunity to shoot the 2010 Sin City Calendar Girls. We have chosen images that are sexy, artistic, empowering, rich with the scent of Sin City and most of all timeless.

STEVE PARRINGTON, Video Producer

Steve Parrington, owner of 24 Frame and Production Services, began freelancing in Chicago's Film Production Community 15+ years ago on projects with John Hughes, Oliver Stone, Joe Pytka, Oprah Winfrey, Michael Jordan and many others.  Between Feature Films, Steve worked on hundreds of commercials and a couple Television Series for Production Companies from L. A. and New York, as well as, Chicago based companies.

 

Steve relocated 24 Frame and Production Services to the Las Vegas area in June 1999. Mr. Parrington continued to freelance as a Producer, UPM, Line Producer, and AD, as well as, supplying Video Assist and Video Playback to the Southern Nevada area.   Steve’s work in Las Vegas has been with numerous L. A. Feature Film Studios and commercial production companies, in addition to, local production companies.
